Roles: Responsible for Windows, Office 365 and Microsoft Azure configuration & deployment. Manage Active Directory Group Policy in client units Maintain an up to date equipment and software inventory Instruct staff on use and configure equipment for optimal functionality Prioritize and resolve Help Desk requests Perform additional duties as required for efficient operation of the organization Adhere to security procedures and fraud controls to protect members, staff, and assets Recommend changes to the disaster recovery plan for the department Make recommendations for improving IT systems Day to day help with internal and external IT needs, share knowledge & setup new users Required skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field is required. Exceptional attention to detail, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a work group, as well as independently with minimal supervision. Strong work ethic required, including the ability to complete duties on time, consistently arrive at work on time as scheduled, and ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, and to be on-call as needed.
